1)  What happens if the recipient is not at home when the gift is being 
     delivered?
  • Our delivery person will normally call the recipient to arrange for a convenient delivery time.     
  • Our delivery person will still call the recipient to inquire if it is alright to leave the gift another person whom is able (by permission) to receive on behalf of the recipient.
2)  Can gifts be sent internationally?
  • Yes, we can deliver gifts throughout Malaysia and International.
  • By Train / flight (charges will be made)
3)  How to make changes or cancel my order?
  • We will not take any changes/ cancel to your order once you had make down-payment /full payment
4)  Do you have a catalog?
  • E Stop Outlet does not offer a catalog, perhaps end of this year.
  • All of our styles can be viewed and ordered on our website.
  • We will inform once the catalog had been published 
5)  Customer need to consult manually with E Stop Outlet personally? 
  • Make an appointment with E Stop Outlet by email or phone
  • Specially to customer who needs to discuss for lots of quantity
6)  Can my gifts be delivered immediately on the same day after making 
     my order?
  • We always suggest our urgent customers to make their early orders by phone to avoid any form of inconvenience. 
  • Call our hotline and quote your order to our customer service and we will have it arranged for immediate delivery.
7)  Is the color or the product display exactly the same?
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and texture of our products that appear on the website. 
  • The actual colour you see will depend on your display, we cannot guarantee that your display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
  • Given the handmade nature of our products, all sizes and measurements are approximate.
